How we work
Picnic Labs has always been a remote first team; with team members spread across Australia.  We use a combination of working from home and co-working spaces to operate day to day.

You will need to be already living in Australia, as we are unable to sponsor work visas at this time.

Your competitive package will include an annual allowance for the operation of your home office and technology.

As a small, flexible team you will be supported as you grow into the role with hands-on learning opportunities and training, where relevant.

Picnic acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work, live, and gather as employees, and recognise their continuing connection to land, water and community. We pay respect to Elders past and present.
