In accordance with Asservo Mutual Limited’s constitution and Section 250N of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) notice is hereby given by Asservo Mutual Limited, ACN 661 040 975 (‘The Company’) that an Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) will be held on Wednesday 5th November 2025 at 9.00 a.m. (AEDT).

The AGM will be held solely using a technological ‘virtual meeting’ environment. This virtual meeting will allow you the opportunity to vote (if applicable) and participate in the AGM. A link to the Microsoft Teams meeting link will be added to this page prior to the meeting.

As a part of this service, Picnic is hosting the AGM website and meeting on behalf of Asservo Mutual Limited and its members.
