Background

In accordance with Asservo Mutual Limited’s constitution and Section 250N of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) notice is hereby given by Asservo Mutual Limited, ACN 661 040 975 (‘The Company’) that an Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) will be held on Wednesday 5th November 2025 at 9.00 a.m. (AEDT).

The AGM will be a hybrid meeting. This means eligible members who register to attend the AGM may nominate either a physical meeting location in the Sydney CBD or participate via video conferencing.  

‍Members who meet the requirement of Rule 8.4.c are eligible to attend the AGM.

‍Rule 8.4.c of the Asservo Mutual Limited Constitution states;

‍A person admitted as a Member of the Company will continue to be a Member while they hold at least one Schedule of Protection which is active and current according to the Guidelines

‍Only members who meet the requirement of Rule 8.4.c on the day of the AGM, or their Proxy, will be able to attend and participate in the meeting.   

‍Members who attend the AGM via video link must participate by being present with their camera on for the entire meeting.

‍Following receipt of their completed Asservo Mutual Limited AGM Registration and Proxy Form, Eligible Registered members, or their Proxy, will be provided their nominated preference of either the physical meeting address or video meeting Link.

‍Using a hybrid of physical and virtual meeting environments will allow Asservo Mutual Limited members the opportunity to participate in the AGM.
